1. General Provisions

1.1. These personal data processing rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") regulate the basic rules for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the buyer of a website, a visitor who entered correct personal data in a questionnaire on the website principles and order.

1.2. These Rules are prepared in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection, processing and storage of personal data.

2.6 All information on personal data processed is confidential. The controller

undertakes not to transfer personal data to any third parties, except in the cases and according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.7. The personal data of a registered visitor shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed. At the end of the data retention period, the personal data of the Registered Visitor shall be destroyed in accordance with the applicable legal acts.

2.8. The personal data of a Registered Visitor shall be processed using secure organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, use, as well as from any other unlawful processing.

3. Registered visitor rights

3.1. By registering on the Website, the Registered Visitor confirms his / her consent to the processing and use of his / her personal data in accordance with these Rules. 3.5. A Registered Visitor shall have the right to demand rectification, erasure or suspension of the processing of his / her personal data (except storage) if he / she determines that his / her personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate by contacting the Data Controller. .

4. Changing the rules

4.1. The Data Controller has the right to amend these Rules in whole or in part by giving notice on the Website.

4.2. Additions or changes to the Rules shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Website.

4.3. If the Registered Visitor does not agree with the amendments or supplements to the Rules, he / she has the right to express his / her disagreement with the procedure of the modified or supplemented Rules and the purposes related to the processing of his / her personal data by expressing his / her disagreement. .
