Delivery of goods
Delivery takes time depending on the carrier you choose. If we find that we are unable to deliver within the timeframe, we will always inform you by phone or email.
Free delivery from €50 to a parcel machine
We will deliver your order for €50 or more to a parcel machine for FREE!
Free delivery by other delivery methods
For orders of 150€ and more we will deliver the goods FREE of charge by any delivery method!
You can return all ordered goods (if unused, with labels, in their original packaging) to us within 14 days. In your account, click on "Order history and information" --> "Details", select the item(s) you want to return, write the reason for the return and click on "Return request". Alternatively, you can simply write an email with your return information and request.
We will send you a return sticker within 2 working days, just stick it on the parcel and put it in the post office.
- Venipak, DPD courier services to your address in Lithuania. Delivery takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Delivery cost is calculated by the system in the shopping cart summary.
- To the Venipak (LP Express), DPD parcel machines of your choice. Delivery takes 1-3 working days after dispatch. The system will calculate the delivery price in the basket summary.
- Fedex. Delivery throughout Europe. Delivery takes 2-3 days after dispatch. The system calculates the shipping cost in the basket summary.
When you receive your parcel, PLEASE check the condition of the parcel and if you notice any discrepancies, irregularities or damage, please note this on the waybill and write a damage report. If the bill of lading is signed without remarks, the consignment is deemed to have been handed over intact. You must inform our online shop of any defects in the shipment that you notice during transit.
Return of goods
Goods may be returned in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001. No 217 of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods
If you do not like or do not like the product, please initiate a return/exchange request: My account --> Order history and information --> Details. Check the items you wish to exchange/return, fill in the reason for the return and click on "Return Request"
